Refund Policy

Eligibility
You may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase if:
- The software does not launch or function on your system despite meeting the minimum requirements
- A critical technical issue prevents you from using the product and cannot be resolved by our support team
Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Game account bans or suspensions — use of third-party software is at your own risk
- Change of mind after activation
- Requests made after the 72-hour window
- Licenses revoked due to terms violations (redistribution, resale, etc.)
How to Request
Open a ticket on Discord with your license key and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.
