Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use AIMPACT on one machine at a time. The license is bound to your hardware via HWID. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key or the software.
You agree to use AIMPACT at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences of using third-party software in online games, including but not limited to account suspensions or bans imposed by game publishers. AIMPACT does not guarantee undetectability.
All code, models, assets, and branding are the property of AIMPACT AI. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any component of the software. Custom models you train using the built-in tools remain yours.
We aim to keep the software and licensing services available but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions.
We reserve the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated — particularly redistribution, resale, or abuse of the licensing system. If your license is revoked for a terms violation, no refund will be issued.
AIMPACT AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including game account actions taken by third-party publishers.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced on Discord.
